Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernely, born Noel Hennely on the 25th of November 1968. She is a talented Canadian actress and performer who has contributed a major contribution to American TV. She was an actor in the American TV series Law & Order, where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh over six seasons. Hennessy is also known for her stellar performances on RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. Some other movies are Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. Her acting career started in 1988 when she and her twin sister were the characters in Dead Ringers. She appeared briefly in Buddy The Buddy Holly Story The Buddy Holly Story on Broadway in 1990. It was 1993 when Hennessy left the realm of musicals to enter the sci-fi genre as the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. She got her big break later in the year, when she was cast as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Parker was in movies and shows such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America where she won an award of a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for the Best Supporting Actress. Parker was also awarded an Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her performance as Proof on Broadway.
